As Lactation Consultants and mothers, we understand that breastfeeding can be difficult at times, especially in the early days.  Getting the right help, guidance and support can be an essential step in solving breastfeeding problems.

In-home consultations are available in the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, upper Central Coast and surrounding areas.

​Online / virtual consultations are also available.

All consultations are followed up with additional resources and ongoing email support as needed

Lactation Consultations:

Consultations are available both online and in your own home.  Both are by appointment only.  We provide support and management strategies specific to your situation including referral to support services if appropriate.  Follow up is available as needed.

Antenatal Consultations:

​Antenatal Consultations are also available.  These are personalised to get your breastfeeding journey off to the best  start possible, whether you experienced breastfeeding difficulties with a previous baby or if this is your first pregnancy.  We can help you gain the necessary information and confidence for successful breastfeeding.
